The OPC Foundation , a global organization that develops standards for industrial automation, and the European Vending & Coffee Service Association (EVA) have formed a new working group called “ OPC UA for Vending, Office Coffee Service & Automated Retail Working Group ”. The group aims to develop an OPC UA information model for communication between a vending machine, its peripherals and the company's information systems .
