Spain based seamless stainless steel pipe producer Tubacex has announced that a consortium of seven companies will jointly develop a research project called HY2DEC in relation to new technologies for the production and use of green hydrogen for the decarbonization of the Spanish carbon-intensive industries such as steel industry.
