Nidec Corp. announced that it has acquired full ownership of privately owned Automatic Feed Co., Lasercoil Technologies LLC and Automatic Leasing Co. Together, the three companies become a consolidated subsidiary of Nidec, with headquarters in Napoleon, OH, and manufacturing and selling peripheral equipment for medium and large presses, and sheet metal cutting equipment for presses.
