Spanish renewables company Greenalia SA (BME:GRN) announced today that it has reached a permitting milestone with its proposal to build a 33-MW wind farm in the region of Galicia, northwestern Spain.
Its plans for the Lamas de Feas wind project, located in the province of Ourense, are now available for public scrutiny, Greenalia said.
The company intends to invest over EUR 27 million (USD 29.1m) in the wind farm, and pay an additional EUR 650,000 in taxes and fees to local governments on the path of the project.
