En el primer trimestre del año se han constituido en Euskadi 1.030 sociedades mercantiles, un 16% más respecto al mismo periodo de 2013, mientras que ha habido un 23,7% menos de declaraciones de concurso inscritas, un total de 132, según la estadística mercantil del Colegio de Registradores de España.En todo el Estado se han creado 27.441 sociedades mercantiles, con un aumento del 6,23 %.
Según estos datos, difundidos ayer, en el Estado se han constituido en los últimos doce meses 95.366 sociedades, un 7,7% más que en entre abril 2012 y marzo de 2013.
