StoreDot has discovered self-assembling nanodots from organic materials that can be used to make a new kind of batteries. The company first showed off its prototype last April, and will now use the new funding to further refine and commercialize its battery technology, beef up its teams, and begin developing new products in its new research facility in Herzliya, Israel.

Gamesa ha firmado un contrato para el suministro de aerogeneradores en Brasil, con una potencia total de 220 megavatios (MW), a lo largo de 2016, según ha informado este jueves la compañía a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).
Este contrato de 220 MW supone el mayor pedido de aerogeneradores del nuevo modelo G114-2.0 MW firmado hasta la fecha, del que ya se han suscrito acuerdos por más de 800 MW.
El suministro de los aerogeneradores está previsto a lo largo de 2016. Además, se trata del mayor contrato firmado por Gamesa en Brasil en el mercado libre (fuera del marco de subastas energéticas), según ha informado este jueves la compañía.
