Boston-based Retroficiency has been acquired by Ecova, a utility and energy management company based in Spokane, WA, with offices in Seattle and other locations. Terms weren’t disclosed, but Retroficiency’s vice president of marketing, Mike Kaplan, said “it’s definitely a positive outcome for us.”

Este supermercado es el primero de España gestionado íntegramente por personas con discapacidad. Además, Eroski y Gureak ya están trabajando en nuevos proyectos para abrir supermercados franquiciados en otras ciudades y seguir impulsando así el empleo social.

CyPhy announced a $22 million Series B round today led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Motorola Solutions Venture Capital, Draper Nexus, and UPS Strategic Enterprise Fund, UPS’s investment arm. CyPhy previously raised $7 million in 2013.
