Cimic ha lanzado una opa sobre la firma australiana Sedgman, con el fin de hacerse con el 63,01% del capital.
La filial australiana de ACS ofrece 1,07 dólares australianos (0,694 euros) por cada título de Sedgman, un precio que, según la empresa, arroja una prima del 35,4% respecto a la actual cotización de la empresa.
Cimic enmarca esta operación en la reestructuración que la firma del grupo presidido por Florentino Pérez lleva a cabo para centrarse en sus negocios principales, recortar deuda y ganar rentabilidad.
