The Moral Dilemma of Self-Driven Cars

According to a report published by WHO in 2015, there are around 1.25 million people who die annually due to car accidents. And due to 94% of these accidents being caused by human error, the idea of eliminating human errors out of the equation came to be. The new concept is cars that drive themselves, designed with almost 0% chance of an error.

Self-driven cars won't only make the roads safer, but will actually make the traffic more efficient. A concept that is maybe supported by everyone who is aware of it. But how would you implement that?

This task is so boring at times that we often daydream of things we’d rather be doing. Now, many people are given that option of passing time away while driving, or really the lack of driving, as fully-automated vehicles are escaping science fiction movies and becoming a part of reality.

So far it has been detected in South Africa and Botswana, as well as in travelers to Belgium, Britain, Germany, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands and Hong Kong.

Swiss voters back law behind Covid vaccine certificate

Swiss voters have firmly backed the law behind the country’s Covid pass in a referendum, following a tense campaign that saw unprecedented levels of hostility.

Early results on Sunday showed about two-thirds of voters supported the law, with market researchers GFS Bern projecting 63% backing.

The police fenced off the seat of government and parliament in Bern in anticipation of protests.

Results from 16 of Switzerland’s 26 cantons showed 61.9% had voted in favour of the law, on a 64% turnout.
