Nissan Motor said on Monday, after several months of constructive discussions, it had reached an important milestone on “defining new foundations” for its three way Alliance with Renault Group and Mitsubishi Motors, subject to final approval of their respective boards of directors.

Novares awarded 2nd prize at the Automobile Awards Ceremony in the Green Innovation Category. Each year, the AUTOMOBILE AWARDS intend to celebrate Innovation in a sector where it is a major importance but also to distinguish notions as pleasure, safety, respect of the environment.

Faurecia S.E., a company of the FORVIA group, announces that it has successfully priced today the New Notes, sustainability-linked 7.25% senior notes due 2026 (the “New Notes”) following a private placement arranged by BNP Paribas. Faurecia priced the New Notes at 101.75% of par, or a yield of 6.65%.

La economía alemana se contrajo en el cuarto trimestre de 2022. Entre octubre y diciembre, el producto interno bruto (PIB) cayó un 0,2% en comparación con el trimestre anterior, según datos publicados este lunes por la Oficina Federal de Estadística (Destatis), que inicialmente había pronosticado un estancamiento y no una caída.
