Dans la dernière ligne droite, la tension s'est accrue autour du vote sur la réforme des retraites. Quatre réunions se sont tenues en moins de 24 heures à l'Elysée autour d'Emmanuel Macron pour décider si le gouvernement laissait ou pas ce texte soumis à un vote à l'Assemblée nationale. Après avoir déclaré vouloir « tout faire » pour l'éviter, le chef de l'Etat et sa Première ministre, Elisabeth Borne, se sont résignés à déclencher l'article 49.3 de la Constitution.

Russian ships at US drone crash site in Black Sea, US official says: 'They wasted no time'

Russian vessels have already arrived at the drone crash site in the Black Sea, a U.S. defense official tells Fox News. 

Almost immediately after the MQ-9 drone was clipped by a Su-27 fighter jet and downed into the water, Russia sent ships to search the debris field.

"They wasted no time," the defense official told Fox News. 

Ternium: New projects on the horizon

Ternium will invest approximately $2.2 billion dollars in the construction of a new mill based on an Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) in the USMCA region to complement and support the hot rolling mill at Pesqueria, Mexico.

This new mill will have an annual capacity of 2.6 million ton, as well as a Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) module with an annual capacity of 2.1 million ton. The project will include the construction of a port installation to manage raw materials.

EKPO to develop and supply fuel cell stacks for a European OEM

EKPO Fuel Cell Technologies GmbH (EKPO) has secured a contract from a European car manufacturer for fuel cell stacks to be fitted to a future series production vehicle. The agreement includes the development of a custom-made stack for the global OEM's future mass-produced vehicle that is to be powered by a fuel cell. In addition to development work, the contract also covers the supply of prototypes and has an initial volume in the single-digit million euro range. Delivery of the stacks is scheduled to commence as early as 2023.

Preliminary results for fiscal 2022: ElringKlinger records strong final quarter

Based on preliminary and unaudited figures, ElringKlinger AG put in a successful performance in the 2022 financial year and fully met its annual guidance targets published in August. Compared to the previous year, the Group managed to drive revenue forward by 10.7% to EUR 1,798.4 million (2021: EUR 1,624.4 million). Adjusted for currency effects, growth stood at 7.4%, thus slightly outpacing the market as expected.
