Valeo records operating margin of 3.2% for first-half 2023 and reaffirms its full-year objectives

La planta de Schneider Electric en Sarel mejora el su rendimiento industrial y reduce las emisiones de carbono

Schneider Electric, líder en la transformación digital de la gestión de la energía y la automatización, inauguró el 5 de julio un nuevo centro de laminado en su fábrica de Sarel, Alsacia (Francia).    

Fundada en 1956, la planta de Sarel está especializada en la producción de armarios eléctricos, cuadros y envolventes. En la fábrica, el acero se corta, se pliega, se perfora, se atornilla, se suelda, se equipa con accesorios y se pinta, mientras que los productos acabados -construidos para aguantar un uso intensivo en entornos exigentes- se envían montados o por piezas. 

Röchling Industrial Becomes Largest Company Division

The Mannheim-based plastics processing company Röchling achieved significant sales growth last year. The sales volume rose by nearly 18 percent in twelve months from EUR 2,207 million to EUR 2,603 million. This increase occurred, despite the economic challenges posed by the war in Ukraine and the ongoing tangible impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

Another forging line for Strojmetal

ust last year Schuler installed a fully automated forging line at Strojmetal's site in Bruntál, Czech Republic, and now the next order follows: the manufacturer of aluminum chassis parts has again ordered a scotch yoke press from Farina, but this time with a press capacity of 5,000 tons instead of 2,500. This significantly increases the range of parts that can be produced on it.

o Q2 sales up +10.3% LFL and +4.1% on a reported basis 

o +20% growth in e-commerce GMV in H1 (+20% in Q2) 

● Stable EBITDA (-0.5% or -€10m) at €1,852m, up +4.0% (+€75m) at constant exchange rates
